Yup, it's that time again! October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and as part of our Booze for Boobs campaign we will be donating 5% of our sales for the month to Breast Cancer Research. Come join us at our wine bar Twist Wine Company in Pacific City on Friday, October 9. We will be donating $1 from every glass of Shy Chenin Rose and 100% of tips to help support the cure!
You don't have to be shy about wine. It's not what everyone else drinks, it's about what you like. Drink what makes you happy. Wine should be fun, life should be fun. A little challenging and crazy at times, but always rewarding in the end.
Shy Wines is a reflection of our belief that wine isn't a luxury for some of us, it is an enjoyment for all of us! Besides, we're not here long enough to really w(h)ine about it.

Sean & I would like to say thanks for your support of Shy Wines
Sean & I would like to say thanks for your support of Shy Wines during Breast Cancer Awareness Month more commonly known as October. To recap, during the month of October we donated 10% of the sales of our Shy Chenin – Chenin Blanc & Pinot Noir Rosè to fight breat cancer. We were able to raise just over $350 through the sales of these two wines, mostly at the Portland Farmers Market.
Over the years I along with many of my friends have participated in different events in an attempt to bring more awareness to breast cancer and to help fight the battle to end it. This is one more way we are trying to do our part.
While we may struggle as a new business, we know it's nothing compared to dealing with breast cancer. Sean & I thank you for supporting our business and our efforts to raise funds for and awareness of breast cancer.
